Child Assessment Psychologist
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the delivery of a new Child Family Assessment Service. As a psychologist, you will be part of a supportive multidisciplinary team focused on early intervention and family-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out comprehensive psychological assessments (cognitive, educational, socio-emotional) using tools such as WISC-V, WPPSI-IV, WIAT-III, BASC-3, Conners-4.
* Prepare clear, family-friendly reports for parents, schools, and referrers.
* Provide strengths-based feedback sessions with parents and carers.
* Collaborate with OTs, SLTs, GPs, and educators to ensure joined-up care.
Requirements:
* Doctoral qualification in Psychology (Educational, Clinical, Counselling, or equivalent).
* Chartered membership of the Psychological Society of Ireland.
* 1-2+ years post-qualification experience, ideally with children and families.
