About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced senior HR professional to shape organisational culture, drive employee engagement, and develop leadership capabilities.
This role will be for an initial period with potential to extend or be made permanent.

Main Responsibilities:
* Employee Experience: Drive initiatives that enhance employee experience and engagement, including surveys, action planning, and creative engagement activities.
* Leadership Programmes: Roll out leadership programmes and tools to build capability, embed high-performance behaviours, and support aspiring leaders.
* Culture Development: Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to foster a culture of innovation, service excellence, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience in a Senior HR capacity.
* Proven ability to design and implement strategic programmes and facilitate organisational change.
* Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Experience with employee surveys, leadership frameworks, and coaching methodologies.
* Relevant third-level qualification
