Senior Finance/Account professional - (FTC)
We are looking to recruit a Finance Integration/Transformation professional to work within our Dublin Finance team. The role will spend approximately two months focusing on the integration of PJM Advisory/Enterprise into D365 and the remaining one month providing ongoing support for the accounts receivable function across the Irish business. This is a 6‑month full‑time contractual position.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation Phase (2‑3 months)
Lead the detailed mapping and conversion of financial data to align with D365 structures and validate data accuracy.
Identify data gaps, perform hands‑on cleansing, and conduct quality checks for assigned segments.
Support data validation and testing, focusing on integrity, functionality and UAT scenario definition.
Provide post‑migration support, verifying data integrity, facilitating user adoption and enabling analytics.
Design and configure intercompany transaction processes and reconciliation mechanisms within D365.
Business‑as‑Usual Phase (1 month)
Assist in reviewing the daily invoice pipeline report and ensuring invoices are posted in alignment with billing deadlines and distributed to client portals.
Manage billing mailboxes and respond to queries independently.
Prepare month‑end and year‑end reporting for the assigned company in line with regional/group deadlines.
Prepare weekly/monthly cash‑flow forecasts.
Support external audit, VAT/Tax and related returns.
Manage European re‑charges and free‑text invoice requests.
Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.
Identify opportunities for process efficiencies and simplification.
Perform additional ad‑hoc duties as required.
Qualifications
Previous experience working in accounting.
Confident individual with good interpersonal skills and ability to work with people at all levels.
Strong communication skills, regularly keeping stakeholders informed of status and delays.
Strong Excel and MS Office application skills.
Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, dynamic environment.
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workload.
