Finance Administrator

Location: Dublin, Ireland

Salary: 35,000 – 50,000 euros per year (depending on experience)

Job Type: Full-time and Permanent

Role description:

Our company is seeking a dedicated Finance Administrator to support the financial management of our group entities in daily operations. The role involves managing invoices, processing payments, performing intercompany reconciliations, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting in quarterly reporting. Additionally, the role includes office management and administrative duties. The position is based in Dublin 2.

Key responsibilities:

1. Financial management and reporting:
* Process purchase orders (POs) and ensure proper documentation
* Handle accounts payables and receivables transactions
* Manage invoices and payments for all group entities
* Oversee sales order management and client invoicing across subsidiaries
* Reconcile intercompany accounts for accurate reporting
* Reconcile bank statements and financial records
* Assist in preparing financial reports
* Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
1. Office management & Administration:
* Maintain data integrity of the ERP database (client and supplier records, bank details, etc.)
* Handle correspondence and store documentation securely in the cloud
* Support general finance and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications and skills:

* Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
* At least 3 years of experience in finance administration, preferably in a multi-entity or international environment
* Experience with ERP/accounting software such as Oracle NetSuite, Xero, or similar is desirable
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Effective communication skills for liaising with stakeholders and teams
* Dynamic team player with good listening skills
* Native English speaker; knowledge of French is a plus but not essential
