Key Account Manager Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional to drive growth across retail and e-commerce channels for leading distributors of consumer goods in the Food, Household, and Personal Care sectors.
Responsibilities:
* Manage relationships with key retail partners to drive sales and promotional activity
* Serve as the primary contact for brand owners, supporting launches, growth plans, and day-to-day coordination
* Support field teams with tools and guidance to deliver brand and commercial objectives in store
* Oversee stock levels and forecasting, working with supply chain to ensure availability and efficiency
* Support performance analysis and account-level reporting
* Collaborate across teams on business initiatives and operational improvements
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience in a key account management or commercial management role within the beauty or FMCG sector
* Strong understanding of retail and e-commerce channels, including promotional planning and merchandising
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* Familiarity with ERP systems and sales analytics tools is desirable
