Key Role: Sales Manager
To drive the success of a leading motor retailer, we are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual who embodies drive, passion, energy, talent, and integrity.
The successful candidate will oversee sales activities across multiple franchises, utilizing strategic approaches to excel within the Ford, Ford Commercial, MG, and Honda businesses.
The ideal applicant will be highly customer-focused, maintaining a hands-on approach at all times. Key responsibilities include meeting and exceeding sales targets for new and used vehicles, selling via an effective sales process while maximizing profit.
Additional duties include carrying out accurate appraisals of all vehicles offered for part exchange, maintaining showroom displays to the required standard, and using various sources to prospect for new customers on a regular basis.
Responsibilities also include actively developing new clients and managing existing ones, introducing customers to aftersales staff, and maintaining regular contact with customers through a follow-up process.
Furthermore, the successful candidate will be expected to develop and maintain full product knowledge of all products, accessories, prices, and key features of major competitors, as well as ensuring all customer information is kept and maintained accurately and comprehensively.
