* Curriculum and Practice:
* This role requires the ability to develop, implement, and manage a child-centric curriculum that aligns with Aistear and Síolta principles, while promoting equality and diversity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver operational plans that meet regulatory requirements and promote the well-being of children.
* Implement and manage a high-quality child-centric curriculum that fosters equality and diversity.
* Oversee staff management, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
* Develop and maintain marketing services to promote the service and attract new clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Proven track record of delivering operational excellence and developing high-quality curricula.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
