Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in an advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
Ability to communicate in English and Arabic fluently to engage with clients in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling and engaged selling in the Middle East/North Africa market.
Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context in MENA region, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
Excellent thought leadership and executive functioning skills within the digital marketing space.

Responsibilities
Deliver against ambitious quarterly business growth and product growth goals.
Own a portfolio of medium and large size businesses by thoroughly understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks, and building multi-quarter plans for achievement.
Consult with customers proactively to support annual digital marketing discussions.
Deliver outstanding customer experience and achieve customer business and marketing objectives.
Establish credibility with executives and serve as a trusted partner to optimize and expand business.
