What You’ll Do as a Business Analyst
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
Gather and Translate RequirementsConduct interviews, workshops, and documentation reviews to capture business needs and convert them into clear acceptance criteria for the Product team.
Collaborate for Value-Driven DeliveryWork closely with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to ensure innovative, optimized, and sustainable digital product delivery.
Champion Agile PracticesPromote Agile methodologies, uphold standards, and implement process improvements to boost team productivity.
Remove Impediments and Report ProgressPartner with Delivery Managers to resolve obstacles and maintain accurate status and productivity reporting.
Maintain System KnowledgeBuild and sustain a deep understanding of current systems and applications to inform future solutions.
Support Strategic Decision-MakingHelp Product Owners challenge assumptions, leverage data for decisions, and identify opportunities to optimize digital performance.

What You’ll Bring
Here at Primark, we want everyone to feel valued – so please bring your authentic self to work, of course with some other key experience and abilities for this role in particular:
Business Analysis ExperienceMinimum of 3 years in a Business Analysis or business relationship management role within a digital environment.
Domain ExpertiseProven industry or functional experience, ideally gained through working in eCommerce.
Educational BackgroundRelevant degree, equivalent qualification, or demonstrable experience.
Digital Systems ProficiencyStrong hands-on experience with digital merchandising, SEO, content management systems, and design tools such as Figma.
UX/UI KnowledgeSolid understanding of customer experience principles, including UX and UI best practices.
Agile Certification (Preferred)Certification in Agile Product Ownership, Scaled Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent is desirable.
