The key focus will be on reporting, budgeting, leasing management and supporting capital transactions such as refinancing or acquisitions.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as key liaison between asset owner, lender and senior stakeholdersLead leasing activities: analysis, proposal drafting, negotiation and coordination with legal counsel and agentsSupport development and execution of asset strategies to maximise value and tenant satisfactionDeliver regular and ad hoc performance reportingManage day-to-day asset issues and operational performancePrepare annual valuations and market analysisDevelop leasing strategies, budgets and capital/redevelopment plansMonitor financial and operational performance against targets; identify variances and implement corrective actionsAssess current value and forecast future asset performanceSupport refinancing, acquisitions and disposals activities, including due diligence and integrationCollaborate cross-functionally to support wider project and portfolio objectivesKey RequirementsMinimum of 5 years experience in the commercial real estate industryIdeally 3+ years experience in property/asset management or landlord/tenant rep with a focus on retailFormal qualification in property/real estate, business or financeStrong understanding of asset and portfolio management preferably within the retail sectorHighly numerate with strong analytical and financial modelling capabilityExcellent communication, report writing and presentation skills
