This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is in the early stages of their career in Learning & Development. As our Senior Associate – Learning & Development, you’ll play a key role in helping employees grow, supporting clinical trial teams, and keeping our global workforce skilled and future-ready.
What You’ll Do
* Help deliver engaging onboarding and training experiences.
* Manage our digital learning platform (Vitalograph Centre of Learning).
* Design and update learning content.
* Coordinate training sessions and track participation.
* Deliver training courses to employees at all levels of the organisation.
* Work closely with HR and business teams to identify development needs.
* Provide reports and insights to help us improve learning across the business.
What You Bring
* A degree in HR, Education, or a related field.
* 1–2 years’ experience in an L&D, HR, or training support role.
* Great communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.
* You are a self-starter who is curious and has a strong can-do attitude — you're excited to learn and grow.
* Confidence using tools like Microsoft Office and learning platforms.
