We are Recruiting for a Finance & Office Manager to oversee both financial and office operations of a service provider in the health care sector in Tralee, County Kerry. This part-time role (24 hours per week) is split evenly between finance and office management duties. Finance responsibilities include budgeting, monitoring income and expenditure, preparing financial reports, managing debtors, liaising with funders and auditors, and supporting payroll as required. Office management responsibilities include coordinating day-to-day office operations, maintaining policies and procedures, supporting Board and management with administration and meetings, managing supplier accounts, and assisting with grant applications.Key Duties:Manage budgets, monitor income and expenditure, and prepare financial reportsOversee debtors, liaise with auditors and funders, and support payrollCoordinate day-to-day office operations and administrationMaintain internal policies and proceduresManage supplier accounts and ensure value for moneySupport Board and management with meeting materials and minutesAssist with grant applications and other office projects as neededQualifications & Skills:3rd level qualification in accounting or a related fieldExperience in financial management and office leadershipStrong analytical, reporting, organisational, communication, and IT skills.Ability to work 3 full days per weekThis part-time, 3 days per week, permanent role (24 hours/week) offers a salary of €24 per hour / €29,952 per year.
