About the Position:
The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional customer service, technical support and aftersales care to clients across Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the main point of contact for aftersales queries from merchants, installers, end-users and internal sales teams.
* Evaluate incoming technical support requests and collect relevant information to facilitate swift resolution.
* Offer expert technical assistance to resolve installation and product issues.
* Prioritize and coordinate the scheduling of aftersales service visits.
* Manage relationships and service schedules with both in-house and external technical service agents.
* Collaborate with inventory control to ensure the availability of spare parts and components.
* Oversee service jobs to ensure they are resolved efficiently and professionally.
* Maintain and update product specifications across relevant platforms.
* Partner with the Product Development team to integrate customer feedback and enhance product quality.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical support or aftersales role.
* Strong knowledge of plumbing and bathroom product ranges.
* A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
* Professional telephone manner and confident client-facing abilities.
* Detail-oriented, highly organized, and skilled in prioritizing workload.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
