Senior Site Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Professional to join our team on a significant residential project in South East Waterford.
Key Responsibilities:
* To accurately conduct setting out, levelling and surveying utilising GPS technology, total stations and related equipment.
* To effectively monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with architectural drawings, technical specifications and relevant building codes.
* To coordinate closely with the Project Manager, Site Manager, subcontractors and design teams to guarantee seamless project delivery.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
* Degree qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering.
* A minimum of 24 years experience as a Site Engineer preferably within the residential development sector.
* In-depth knowledge of construction procedures and site coordination.
