This role will focus on driving the definition, delivery, and optimisation of data-centric and integrated technology solutions, working closely with engineering, data, and business stakeholders.The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience operating within financial services or insurance environments.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical strategyTranslate business and regulatory requirements into clear product features and user storiesWork closely with engineering teams to deliver solutions using Agile methodologiesLead analysis of legacy systems and define integration approaches with modern platformsDrive data-focused initiatives, including:Data governance, classification, and retention principlesData quality, lineage, and usage considerationsSupport system integration activities across multiple platforms and servicesFacilitate workshops and ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews)Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation managementUse tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro (or similar) to manage delivery and documentationRequired Experience & SkillsProven experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar roleStrong hands-on experience with SQL or data querying toolsSolid understanding of:Data governance frameworksData classification and retention policiesSystem integration and API-based architecturesExperience analysing and working with legacy systemsStrong Agile delivery experience (Scrum/Kanban)Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skillsProficiency with Jira and ConfluenceExperience in financial services or insurance environments
