Marketing Executive – Retail
My client who has 30 retail stores across Munster is recruiting a Retail Marketing Executive to join their head office in Lombardstown, Cork.
This is a varied marketing role with a mix of traditional, digital and some ecommerce.
As Marketing Executive, you will lead and support marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence both in-store and online.
You will coordinate campaigns, manage digital platforms, produce engaging content, and execute sponsorships and events that connect with customers and local communities.
Salary & Benefits: Salary up to €44k negotiable but must reflect experience, Bonus, Pension Contribution, €200 towards Health Insurance, 22 days holidays, hybrid.
Responsibilities for the job of Marketing Executive
1. Campaign Development & Execution: Contribute to annual marketing plans and deliver campaigns that drive store footfall and online engagement.
2. Sponsorship & Community Activation: Manage sponsorships, creating innovative activations to strengthen brand awareness and community connections.
3. In-Store Event Planning: Design and implement instore events that enhance customer experience and build loyalty.
4. Digital Marketing Management: Support website updates, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and digital advertising to maximise online visibility and conversions.
5. Content & Social Media: Develop engaging content for social media, email & texts, and digital channels, maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
6. Point-of-Sale & Retail Marketing: Lead the design and execution of store POS and Instore Promotions
7. Content Calendar: Assist with planning, creating, and managing of the content calendar
8. Relationship Management: Manage the design & digital agency, printers, and sponsorship partners.
