Excellent Package: Base + Bonus + Vehicle + Benefits A growing healthcare solutions provider is seeking a Field Sales Manager to lead commercial activity across a diverse portfolio of clinical and care-focused equipment.
This is a strategic role for a sales leader who thrives in a consultative, service-driven environment.
About the Role You'll be responsible for managing sales performance across the Republic of Ireland, developing new business, and supporting a team focused on delivering equipment and services to healthcare providers.
The role spans both public and private sector clients, including hospitals, care homes, and homecare providers.
What You'll Be Selling The company offers a broad range of equipment and services designed to support patient mobility, comfort, and respiratory care.
These include: Adjustable and bariatric care beds Pressure relief systems (mattresses, cushions) Patient transfer and mobility aids Respiratory support devices (oxygen therapy, suction units) Specialist seating and postural support Short- and long-term rental services with full servicing and hygiene protocols Key Responsibilities Deliver territory sales targets through proactive account management and new business development.
Build strong relationships with clinical stakeholders, procurement teams, and care providers.
Support and mentor a growing sales team.
Collaborate with internal operations and service teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Contribute to tender submissions, product trials, and market development initiatives.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy.
What You'll Need Proven experience in B2B field sales, ideally in healthcare, medical devices, or capital equipment.
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Experience leading or mentoring others is a plus.
Willingness to travel across the region and occasionally abroad.
Full clean driving license.
