Job Title: HR Administrator
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an HR Administrator. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of the human resources department.
Your primary duties will include:
* Completing end-to-end recruitment administration activities, including posting job adverts and conducting screening calls;
* Utilizing HR systems to upload and update employee personnel information;
* Assisting in absence management, reviewing sick lines and organizing return-to-work meetings;
* Reviewing and scheduling training for all employees, liaising with external training providers as needed;
* Updating and monitoring HR analytics using Excel.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment and must be able to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR systems and procedures, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 12 months' experience in HR Administration within a fast-paced environment;
* Experience in utilizing Microsoft Excel, HR Systems, and absence management;
* Proficiency in assisting with approving annual leave and awareness of GDPR legislation regarding HR activities.
