Overview
The successful candidate will join a successful Energy team, advising sponsors, lenders and developers on the development, financing and construction of large-scale energy and infrastructure projects, as well as energy M&A transactions.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include supporting transactional, developmental and regulatory matters across both renewable and traditional energy sectors.
Qualifications
0-3 years’ PQE;
Energy law experience (either from a corporate or projects background);
Strong academic background;
Ability to work independently and as a team;
Technically excellent;
Team player;
Client-focused.
