Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment. This role offers the opportunity to work with a variety of electro-mechanical equipment and support critical operations that directly impact healthcare outcomes.
You’ll join a collaborative team dedicated to equipment reliability, process improvements, and operational excellence
Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose and repair electro-mechanical equipment failures.
* Perform scheduled preventative maintenance routines.
* Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation.
* Proactively support uptime targets and performance goals.
* Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GDP (Good Documentation Practices).
* Collaborate on engineering projects and take the lead on maintenance-related actions
Qualifications & Experience
* Certificate, Diploma, or Senior Trades qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
* 3–5 years’ experience in a technical maintenance role, preferably within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or similarly regulated industry
* Proven mechanical experience within an automated manufacturing environment
Preferred Skills
* Working knowledge of PLCs, motor drives, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
* High level of technical competency.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong team player with a proactive mindset.
