Digital Marketing Specialist
My client based in Dublin are currently on the lookout for a
Digital Marketing Specialist
to join their central marketing team and help drive growth across all our international markets.
In this role, you'll take ownership of digital performance channels — shaping online presence, managing campaigns, and ensuring we maintain a consistent and impactful "always-on" strategy across search, social, and display platforms.
You'll work closely with local marketing teams to understand market priorities, develop tailored campaigns, and deliver measurable results. Acting as both a strategist and a hands-on executor, you'll ensure digital marketing is scalable, data-driven, and aligned with global business goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop & Execute Data-Driven Digital Strategies
* Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across search, social, display, programmatic, and email channels.
* Drive both awareness and acquisition with full-funnel strategies tailored to different markets and audiences.
* Partner with local teams to align campaigns with regional objectives and ensure a cohesive global brand presence.
2. Measure, Report & Optimize Performance
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance across all digital touchpoints, evaluating ROI and key KPIs.
* Collaborate with the marketing operations team to integrate campaigns with lead nurturing and scoring systems via Adobe Marketo.
* Provide actionable insights and recommendations to continuously improve performance and efficiency.
3. Innovate & Stay Ahead of Trends
* Stay current on emerging tools, channels, and digital marketing trends.
* Test new approaches and technologies to enhance reach, engagement, and conversion.
* Apply data-driven experimentation to refine creative, targeting, and media mix strategies.
4. Collaborate Across Teams
* Work cross-functionally with central and local marketing teams, product marketing, and sales to ensure unified messaging and campaign alignment.
* Provide best practices, tools, and performance insights to empower local teams and support scalable marketing operations.
5. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
* Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research to inform strategy.
* Identify opportunities for market-specific digital initiatives based on trends and insights.
6. Website & SEO Optimization
* Partner with content and marketing specialists to enhance website and landing page performance.
* Lead paid and organic search strategies, including keyword planning, Google Ads management, and SEO optimization.
* Ensure strong alignment between content efforts and broader advertising initiatives.
Tools & Platforms You'll Use
* Marketing Automation:
Adobe Marketo (experience is a plus; training available)

Matomo, Leadfeeder, and other digital performance tools
What You Bring
* 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, ideally across multiple markets or regions
* Proven track record managing campaigns across search, social, and display channels (SEO experience a plus)
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business impact
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills — able to explain digital concepts clearly and effectively
* Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing both strategy and execution
