About the Role
* The large animal veterinary role focuses exclusively on farm work, with a 50/50 split between tuberculosis testing and on-farm visits.
* Clinical hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexible scheduling offered. The workload is seasonal, quieter in summer and busier in spring.
* The rota includes a one-in-three on-call schedule (one night and one weekend in three).
We value autonomy in our work but also offer support from an experienced team. With a strong focus on farm animals (approximately 80% large animal / 20% small animal), this presents a great opportunity to develop your skills and expertise.

* Preferably has some experience in large animal practice and is confident managing routine cases independently.
* Support is available from senior veterinarians for more complex cases, particularly in the early stages.
