Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Dublin or Frankfurt

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a busy construction and civil engineering team. This role offers the opportunity to manage commercial aspects of projects, coach junior staff, and ensure contracts are delivered efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare monthly, interim, and final valuations, including applications for payment, reconciliations, and contract amounts for sub-contractors, specialists, and suppliers.
* Maintain accurate cash flow tracking and provide regular updates on contract financial positions.
* Work with the Procurement Manager to place sub-contracts as required.
* Examine contract documents in detail and highlight any anomalies or risks.
* Agree interim and final valuation dates with client representatives.
* Prepare take-offs for use by Estimating, Procurement, and Planning teams.
* Compile contract final accounts for completed works, including all adjustments, and agree with clients.
* Record and manage details of contractual delays.
* Lead, manage, and coach contract surveyors, assistant surveyors, and junior team members.
Requirements:
* 7+ years' experience, preferably with a main contractor.
* Experience on construction/civil engineering projects, including residential and commercial.
* Chartered status or working towards chartership with the SCS.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and IT skills.
