Studio Operations Manager Ardmore Role&Responsibilities This role will oversee the day-to-day running of Ardmore Studios and the Ardmore Film Factory.
In this pivotal role, you will ensure smooth operational efficiency, deliver an exceptional client experience, and act as the primary point of contact for production clients.
You will represent Ardmore with professionalism and integrity, maintaining strong relationships and upholding the studios reputation for excellence.
Workingcloselywithinternalteams,youwillmanagefacilitiesandservices,coordinate ITandaccountsprocesses,andensureseamlessclientcommunicationandissueresolution.
Youwill alsooverseestudiosecurityandcompliance,contributetobudgetplanningandexpendituretracking, and manage vendor relationships, including tenders and performance audits.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is committed to operational excellence.
What we are looking for The ideal candidate will be highly organised, analytical, and proactive, with strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach.
You will demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, as well as excellent numeracy and problem-solving skills.
Clear communication and strong interpersonal abilities are essential, as is the confidence to take initiative and think critically in a fast-paced environment.
You will be a motivated team player who thrives within a small but dynamic team.
Previous experience in the screen, film, or television industry is desirable but not essential.
Whats on offer This is a full-time position, thats site-based on 40 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday.
However, due to the seniority of the position some flexibility may be required depending on production schedules and operational needs.
