The role involves developing robust strategies, architecting zero trust building blocks, deployment, and driving change across the organization.
This role encompasses responsibilities such as IAM security architecture reviews, design, redesign for scalability, resiliency improvements, all within aggressive timelines.
What You Will Be Responsible For
* Leading IAM security design and solutions to enhance security maturity and build zero trust architecture.
Thought Leadership and Advisory
* Participating in long-term security strategy development and execution.
* Defining user cases and IAM requirements aligned with evolving business directions across private, public, hybrid cloud, and partner environments.
* Maintaining a comprehensive reference architecture that maps relevant technologies and systems.
* Leading future state scalable IAM architecture changes and building blocks for an adaptive identity framework.
* Evaluating and recommending technology products/services supporting IAM roadmap.
* Engaging in operational reviews and security read-outs to ensure service performance and security.
* Influencing organizational levels, fostering collaboration and trust, and prioritizing strategic initiatives.
* Overseeing project implementation, change management, and resource planning.
* Collaborating with functional teams on security standards and validation processes.
* Managing IAM architecture governance and cross-team coordination.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
* Knowledge of PKI infrastructure, security protocols, HSM, Secret Vault, MFA, Privileged Access Management, SailPoint, Active Directory, AAD, IDP, SSO, RBAC, ABAC, privacy, governance, and DR resilience challenges.

Salary Range
$130,000 - $205,000 annually, depending on location and experience.
