Executive Chef and Team Lead
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef and Team Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of culinary professionals in the preparation and presentation of exceptional food dishes.
Culinary Expertise
* We require candidates with extensive experience in professional cookery, ideally holding qualifications such as City & Guilds 706-1/2 or equivalent.
* A minimum of two years' experience in catering is essential, preferably within a similar management position.
* The successful candidate must have managed and developed teams of at least three staff members within the catering industry.
* A sound understanding of seasonal menu planning, costing, purchasing, and profit optimization techniques is crucial to success in this role.
