About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized Front Desk Administrator to join our operations on the West side of Cork. The primary purpose of this role is to give exceptional customer service to customers both face to face and on the phone, as well as support operations with administrative duties.
Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for clients and customers both in-person and over the phone
Manage a busy switch in a courteous and professional manner
Provide monthly reports on Service Calls to Senior Management
Record and track any leads with the Sales Reps
Sort and distribute incoming & outgoing post
Process invoices on a daily basis
Assist accounts with data entry when required.
Contacting customers for outstanding balances
Managing daily service calls
Organising Service Engineers daily calendar
Cleaning coffee machine
Ensuring brochures are stocked in showroom
Order Stationery, office supplies and ad-hoc items as required
Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years in a front desk/customer service administrative role
System & Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office
High Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy and an analytical mindset to ensure transactional tasks are executed flawlessly under pressure
Adaptability: A demonstrated ability to comfortably and securely navigate multiple complex IT systems
Must be based in or able to easily commute to the West side of Cork
