What You'll Do Provide person-centred support in a residential care setting, helping individuals to develop self-care independent living skills Deliver person-centred care, tailored to individual needs, building independence, self-care, and community integration Collaborate with individuals to set and achieve personal goals Support with daily living tasks while promoting dignity, autonomy, and choice Maintain accurate records, contribute to support plans and engage in reflective practice Participate in training, supervision, and team activities to continuously improve service quality Who We're Looking For Minimum QQI Level 5 in Health Care, Social Care, or equivalent (or strong relevant experience) Those who are enrolled in a QQI Level 5 course, and progressing are also welcome to apply.
