Key Responsibilities for this role include General Administration duties such as data entry, material ordering, material submittals, timesheets, weekly material registers, and weekly plant registers.
* Coordinate requisition process for materials and plant on site in liaison with the foreman
* Monitor progress against the Contract Programme to ensure timely delivery and escalate any delays or risk of delay to mitigate
* Assist in the production and revision of contract and sub-programmes with the Contracts Manager & Planner
Site Operations
* Ensure contractors on site execute works as per their approved method statement & risk assessment
* Support Project Manager in giving daily site briefings to the workforce prior to starting work, ensuring interface risks between subcontractors are safely managed
* Report all safety incidents and/or accidents to the Safety Advisor & Company Directors in strict accordance with company protocols
Technical/Quality Management
* Supervision of site engineering resource in the timely execution of out setting out and surveying activities for various building trades
* Ensuring that the project is delivered snag free to the satisfaction of the Client, coordinate and liaise with Project Manager, Contracts Manager, Site Engineers and Services Coordinator to ensure timely and accurate information
Relevant qualifications in Construction/Project Management (desirable), previous experience as a Site Clerk / Site Administrator / Site Secretary / Document Controller, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
