We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic professional to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and drive operational efficiency at our busy establishment.
Key Responsibilities
* Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day activities, including front-of-house and back-of-house tasks, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
* Staff Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise staff, creating schedules to optimize labor costs while fostering a positive work environment.
* Customer Experience: Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly, and monitoring dining and bar areas to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
* Financial Management: Monitor and manage budgets, analyzing sales reports and operational data to identify areas for cost savings and revenue growth.
* Marketing and Events: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events, weekly specials, and themed nights, driving customer traffic.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field (preferred).
* Minimum 3 years of experience in GastroBar / Restaurant management, with at least 2 years in an Operations Manager role.
* Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory control and cost management.
