Role: Production Administrator Location: Carlow/Kildare Job Type : Permanent - Full time Your new role includes: Maintain accurate production records, including batch sheets, stock movements, and compliance logs.
Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
Assist in scheduling production runs and updating production plans.
Support quality assurance processes by ensuring documentation is complete and up to date.
Generate reports and summaries for management review.
Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Provide general administrative support to the production team.
Experience you need: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
