Role Description
This is a part-time role for an Investment Banking Analyst, responsible for supporting the execution of financial transactions, market research, and financial analysis. In this role, you will assist in building and maintaining financial models, preparing pitch materials, analyzing company performance, and supporting due diligence processes. You will help evaluate potential investment opportunities and contribute to the development of strategic recommendations.
Key responsibilities include preparing presentation materials, conducting market and industry research, analyzing financial statements, and assisting in valuation analyses such as DCF, comparable company, and precedent transaction models. You will collaborate with senior team members to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality deliverables throughout the transaction process.
Qualifications
* Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret financial data
* Understanding of corporate finance, financial modeling, and valuation techniques
* Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial analysis tools
* Ability to conduct research and synthesize findings into clear insights
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Educational background in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field is preferred
* Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a part-time role
