I'm representing a dynamic and growing business in the food industry that is seeking a Sales Administrator to support their commercial and sales functions.
This role is based at their Kildare site and offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience in sales, ideally within FMCG or B2B environments.The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of sales operations, supporting the sales team both onsite and remotely, and helping maintain accuracy and structure across CRM systems, reporting, and customer communication.Key Responsibilities Include:Producing timely sales reports, presentations, and internal documentationActing as CRM (HubSpot) champion - maintaining data, assisting marketing alignment, and supporting user complianceManaging sales paperwork including sample requests, indicative pricing, new customer setups, and customer data updatesSupporting the sales team with forecast tracking, pricing accuracy, and validation processesAssisting in event planning, promotional coordination, and cross-functional team queriesGenerating and refining reports using tools like Power BI, Excel, and SharePointMaintaining SOPs and sales team annual leave calendarsWhat We're Looking For:3+ years' experience in a sales admin role, ideally in FMCG or B2BStrong working knowledge of Power BI and ExcelOrganised, flexible, and proactive with excellent attention to detailExcellent communication skills and a collaborative team mindsetComfortable working with numbers, pricing structures, and CRM systemsExperience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools is a strong advantageThis is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly and is keen to contribute to a growing, fast-paced commercial environment.Interested in hearing more?
