We are seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Clinical Service Support Team. This field-based role primarily covers client sites along the East Coast of Ireland.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the installation, maintenance, calibration, and repair of a range of medical devices. They will be at the forefront of ensuring reliable performance and exceptional service for healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Carry out installation, servicing, and repair of medical equipment on-site.

2. Deliver equipment training and technical guidance to healthcare staff.

3. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.

4. Perform routine calibration and preventative maintenance.

5. Provide technical support to the sales team as required.
">
6. Maintain clear and timely service documentation and reports.
">
7. Advise customers on best practices to optimise device performance.
">
8. Manage tools, spare parts, and consumables for efficient service delivery.

9. Ensure all work aligns with ISO quality and safety standards.

10. Represent the company with professionalism and a strong customer focus.

A 3rd level qualification in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar is essential. Strong technical problem-solving and fault-finding abilities, excellent organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and manage a dynamic service schedule are also required.

This role requires a customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service quality and a full, clean driving licence.
