Job Description
DePuy Synthes, a member of Johnson & Johnson’s Family of Companies, is recruiting for a New Product Introduction Supply Analyst position located in Warsaw, IN; Raritan, NJ; Raynham, MA; or Cork, Ireland.
Reporting to the Director of Product Management, this individual will be responsible for portfolio management, intake and orchestration of LCM and NPI projects across the Shoulders portfolio. The NPI Planner role is critical to ensuring new products and product changes are introduced with operational readiness, supply continuity, and both internal & external cross‑functional alignment. This position supports the translation of strategic portfolio decisions into executable supply chain plans, helping teams balance launch speed, service, inventory, and risk across the product lifecycle. They will gain proficiency to identify and develop optimized supply chain strategies for global programs and lead teams through standardized lifecycle management processes, ensuring strong accountability. They will master and demonstrate New Product Introduction (NPI) expertise to drive E2E value, collaborating heavily with Commercial, R&D, and Supply Chain partners.
The NPI Planner serves as the end‑to‑end planning lead for New Product Introduction (NPI) and Lifecycle Management (LCM) initiatives. This role aligns demand, supply, and execution across the value stream to ensure successful product launches and sustained performance.
Key Role Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end planning strategy and execution for NPI and LCM projects.
Develop supply plans and ensure launch readiness.
Manage inventory, capacity, and supplier alignment.
Partner cross-functionally across R&D, Commercial, Manufacturing, and Procurement.
Drive IBP/S&OP alignment and planning inputs.
Identify risks and drive mitigation plans.
Track KPIs include service, inventory, and launch readiness.
Lead continuous improvement in planning processes.
Support the maturity of the governance process & playbooks for NPI & LCM activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, or Business.
3–4+ years of experience in supply chain planning or NPI.
Experience in MRP, supply planning, and cross‑functional project execution.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Experience with SAP, APO, or IBP preferred.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Certifications/Licenses And Affiliations
Strong analytical skills with capability to query systems to extract sets of data for analysis.
Accuracy with high attention to details.
Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks.
Advanced Excel knowledge, basic Access.
Demonstrated ability to manage complexity.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work within a project methodological context.
Ability to work across multiple functional organizations and levels in a multicultural and global / matrix environment.
Demonstrated partnering and influencing skills.
Fluency in English is required; other languages are a plus.
Ability to connect product strategy with supply execution.
Strong ownership of launch readiness.

The anticipated travel for this position is 10%.
Pay Range
The anticipated base pay range for this position is: $79,000.00 to $112,276.50.
