About the Role

Managing food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standards in 3 very busy outlets in our 400‑bedroom property
Managing Writers Bar & lounge, Toddy's Brasserie and The Gallery Restaurant
Leading F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.
Implementation and maintaining service standards.
Overseeing staff training.
Monitoring inventory and cost control.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Developing a successful partnership with the kitchen team.
Managing stock takes.

✔️ What We’re Looking For

Proven minimum 3 years food and beverage management experience in large busy 4/5 star hotels
Working knowledge of various computer software programs.
Ability to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
Mastery in delegating multiple tasks.
Communication and leadership skills.
Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices.
Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets.
Guest‑oriented and service‑minded.
Hospitality qualification is desirable but not essential.
Successful applicant must be able to begin employment within 1 month of confirmed offer.
You must be legally permitted to work 40 hours a week in Ireland.
Morning and evening shifts are a requirement of this role.

Compensation & Benefits

Gross salary: €45,000‑€50,000
Annual leave: 20 days
