If you want to be part of a team of bold builders, sharp thinkers, and technical trailblazers, working together to shape the future of commerce, this is the place for you.What You’ll DoManage a book of business, including Fortune 500 companies, by providing proactive, strategic and operational technical guidance and consultation.Drive stability and growth within your book of business to increase customer revenue, drive retention, and improve NPS.Serve as a technical resource to maintain and optimize the customer’s technical ecosystem.Collaborate with Product and Engineering to understand, influence, and prioritize new features and the BigCommerce Roadmap for customer success.Develop and maintain Technical account level Run Books documenting customer architecture on the BigCommerce platform and integrations with third-party solutions.Provide platform configuration support and conduct service reviews focused on growth to mitigate incidents.Work with internal Support teams for case oversight, ensuring alignment with client priorities.Lead technical Best Practice reviews with clients to maximize value from the BigCommerce platform and ecosystem.Partner with clients to personalize information about maintenance, product releases, and roadmap plans.Participate in recurring business reviews with Executive Leadership and recommend plans that drive year-over-year growth.Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.Evaluate client’s technology environment and recommend apps, integrations, features and partners aligned to business objectives.Assist with high-severity requests or escalations and manage resolution.Who You Are3+ years experience managing the technical aspects of an enterprise portfolio or direct client consulting in a fast-paced environment.Experience with eCommerce consulting, APIs, headless ecosystems, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Strong understanding of analysis of eCommerce websites for optimization and best practices.Experience with foundational online marketing principles and best practices in SEO, Paid Search, Affiliate, Display Advertising, Conversion Tools, Email Marketing, Social Media, and content.A customer-focused internal advocate, focused on driving growth throughout the client lifecycle.Exposure to working with Design Agencies, App Developers, Project Managers, and Engineering teams.Excellent time management, written and verbal communication, and relationship skills.Experience with the BigCommerce product is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or computer science-related field or equivalent experience.Energetic, enthusiastic, agile, outspoken, and able to provide feedback to management that improves efficiency.Ambitious, self-motivated, goal-oriented, highly collaborative and driven.Note: This description is intended to summarize key duties and may not include every activity.Inclusion and BelongingWe believe that celebrating diverse histories, perspectives and abilities makes a difference for our company, customers and community.
