My client is seeking a highly driven and high-impact Business Analyst to support the wider Programme Management team in a large-scale, well-funded transformation project.
The BA role will be part of the wider Transformation team who ultimately shape, enable and drive the strategic change agenda at the centre of their leading and growing global business. You will take ownership of the requirements gathering, understanding and documenting business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring that business and programme needs are met through process improvements.
This role strategically bridges the gapbetween business needs and technical solutions, ensuring alignment between business objectives and project deliverables. Strong stakeholder management skills are an absolute must to thrive in this organisation.

Skills/Experience Required:
* 4-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst
* Strong stakeholder management skills are essential
* Experience with large transformation projects desirable
Salary / Remuneration:
€50,000 – €65,000 6-Month Fixed Term Contract – Transition to a Permanent Role!
