We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll and HR Administration Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll and provide comprehensive HR support. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, this role involves payroll processing, HR data management, recruitment administration, onboarding/offboarding, benefits coordination, and HR reporting.Key Responsibilities:Manage full monthly payroll cycle and statutory reporting.Maintain HRIS (Workday) records and ensure data accuracy.Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.Coordinate employee benefits, training, and HR compliance.Partner with Finance and HR teams on audits, reporting, and projects.Requirements:Proven payroll management experience.Strong HR administration and organizational skills.Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS (Workday preferred).Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
