Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Ensuring all departments function efficiently and cohesively;
* Liaising closely with department heads to optimise performance, resolve challenges, and implement process improvements;
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service delivery across all areas;
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you will need:
* A minimum of 2 years in hotel operations management or a similar leadership role;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle pressure;
* A solid understanding of hotel operations, including Rooms Division and Food & Beverage management;
