Responsabilities: Act as a first point of contact for customers, offering helpful and professional support. Respond to queries around finance agreements, including hire purchase and leasing, via phone, email or online. Clearly explain agreement terms, repayment options, and next steps to customers. Handle early arrears cases with empathy and clarity, aiming to reach workable repayment plans. Liaise with internal teams and finance managers to resolve any customer issues. Maintain accurate records and assist in processing account changes, payments, and settlements. Keep up to date with industry best practices and contribute ideas to improve customer service processes. Requirments: An APA qualification or interest in working towards one. Some experience in financial services, customer service, or credit management. Good communication and interpersonal skills. A patient, professional, and customer-first approach. Comfort using Microsoft Office and customer databases or CRM systems. A willingness to learn, contribute, and be part of a team.
