ACCPRO are delighted to be partnering with a leading Irish FMCG company to recruit for a part-time Recruitment Coordinator for a specific purpose contract up to the end of March but with scope to extend. €40k basic for four days a week and the role is fully onsite in North Dublin. Candidates will need to be available at short notice. Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple roles, from intake to offer and onboarding Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate hiring records Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives as needed Requirements 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment Proven ability to hire for multiple roles simultaneously across different functions Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred Skills: Talent Acquisition Recruitment Onboarding Screening
