We are engaged with a global investment manager who are looking to hire an experienced Corporate Tax Specialist.
You will:
* Serve as a primary contact for corporate and people tax issues, supporting the Head of Corporate Taxes for Europe with strategic and operational tasks.
* Contribute to strategic projects and advise on corporate residency, permanent establishments, and board director matters.
* Manage corporate tax compliance for European entities, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
* Collaborate with HR, Global Payroll, and Global Mobility on employment tax returns, expatriate issues, and other operational matters.
* Monitor legislative changes in Europe, advise on impacts, and lead implementation of necessary changes.
