Job Responsibilities
* Assessment of project requests
* Drive Requirements gathering sessions with project stakeholders
* Support development of Business Cases
* Work with the wider PMO / Dev teams to design appropriate solutions
* Support the project delivery as the solution SME
* Support & guide the development & technical teams by defining key solution tasks
* Report on progress of assigned projects
* Participation in relevant project ceremonies: Stand ups, backlog requirement sessions, sprint planning, retrospectives & sprint reviews.
* Support change request management throughout the lifecycle of developments, projects and operational changes.
* Actively support the enhancement and development of the Fónua project delivery model.

* Strong documentation and analytical skills.
* Ability to challenge stakeholders to ensure the most appropriate solution is achieved.
* Chair and drive requirements gathering sessions
* Understanding of project management lifecycle & methodologies.

Experience
* A minimum of 1-3 years relevant experience in a business role.
* Experienced in SDLC and software development projects
* Experience with ERP software
* Understanding of supply chain / distribution / logistics
