Job Description:
The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for leading the organization through ambiguity and market changes without losing sight of strategic objectives. This role contributes to business growth by pulling levers on performance, government relations, branding and best-in-class employee engagement.

* Experience of leading real-time strategic interventions managing profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities
Requirements:
* Financial and Operational acumen
* P&L management in a large, complex matrixed environment
* Strategic Planning; ability to develop and execute long-term strategies that drive growth, scalability and transformation
* Leadership in complex matrix organizations; global and local balance as well as cross functional leadership
* Stakeholder (internal and external) and relationship management
