Key Responsibilities
* Address customer inquiries regarding telecommunications services, plans, and devices via phone, email, and live chat in Swedish
* Provide support for account management, billing questions, and service issues
* Assist customers with troubleshooting technical problems and guide them through product features
* Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up
* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure efficient resolution of customer concerns
* Stay updated on the company's offerings and industry trends to provide effective communication and assistance to customers
Requirements
* Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus
* Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the telecommunications industry
* Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
* Ability to solve problems effectively and provide a positive customer experience
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage inquiries in a fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications is desirable
* Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary
