Key Responsibilities Address customer inquiries regarding telecommunications services, plans, and devices via phone, email, and live chat in Swedish.
Provide support for account management, billing questions, and service issues.
Assist customers with troubleshooting technical problems and guide them through product features.
Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure efficient resolution of customer concerns.
Stay updated on the company's offerings and industry trends to provide effective communication and assistance to customers.
Requirements Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
