We are currently on the lookout for Summer Supervisors to join our amazing team in Cork to support as we welcome thousands of locals and tourists alike, all with one mission - to experience the phenominal City of Cork over Summer.
Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do:
Manage the front of house team ensuring students and guests are checked in and welcomed
Manage a team of housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are in tip-top shape at all times
Resolving guest escalations in a timely and professional manner
Checking bookings and dealing with payments
Responding to guest requests in person, over the phone, over email or via our review sites in a professional and empathetic way
Keeping up to date with the administration including reporting and checking accounts
Manage linen stock, deliveried and pick-ups and keeping accurate records
Managing summer stock including ordering and cost management
Setting up and clearing our spaces throughout the season
Assistant with housekeeping as required (it can get super busy!)
Reporting any maintenance requests to our amazing maintenance team accurately and quickly.
Ensuring that issues are resolved just as quickly.
Managing room keys
Qualifications
Sound like a good fit for you?
Here's what you'll need:
Previous people management experience would be a huge advantage.
Project management skills would be great.
Great customer service skills - you'll be a true people person who loves interaction with people from all kinds of backgrounds
Strong communication skills - you'll be speaking to guests from all over the world
The ability to work well in a busy environment
Organisation skills - there will be a lot of reporting and administration to attention to detail is key
Confidence with office computer systems (gold star if you've ever worked with a booking system).
