About This Role:
We are seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead the development, optimization, and lifecycle management of functional and in-circuit test equipment across preproduction and production.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and development of complex electrical test systems spanning hardware, software, firmware, and automation.
* Mentor junior engineers through structured reviews, feedback, and on-the-job guidance.
* Demonstrate expertise in LabVIEW programming language with experience in designing efficient algorithms for data processing.
