The person appointed will be required to have a clear understanding and commitment to the role of Services Manager and in that regard to provide active leadership through which the mission of the Brothers of Charity can be supported and further developed in his/her area of responsibility. This requires a personal commitment to the mission expressed both in words and in leadership style.
