Senior Product Specialist – Private MarketsOur client, a leading private markets investment manager, is seeking Product Specialist to support their RFP/DDQ, client engagement and reporting functions.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual looking to accelerate their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Please NOTE: This is an 18 month contract.
Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), RFPs, and investor requests to ensure timely and accurate responses.Develop a strong understanding of fund structures and investment strategies to support client inquiries.Collaborate with internal teams across finance, operations, and compliance to streamline reporting and investor communications.Maintain and enhance client reporting workflows, ensuring consistency and quality across investor deliverables.Oversee fund data sites and external databases, keeping materials updated and accessible for key stakeholders.About You Circa 8 years+ of experience in investment management, fund administration or capital markets.Experience within the alternatives or private markets asset management class is essential.Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.How to Apply: For further information on this job opportunity, please apply via this link with your CV.
